Fear of "cracking noises" and the lack of a specific injury kept me from visiting the chiropractor for a long time. My symptoms began as generalized pain and stiffness that I associated with "sleeping wrong", and frequent migraine headaches. The pain then progressed to the point that I dreaded going to bed at night and questioned whether or not I had a sleep disorder.
