Every time I come into White Rock Chiropractic, I see the request for comments and I think about the things I would like to put into writing about my experience with your office.
I have gone to chiropractors on and off my whole life and have always found it helpful, but your office's approach to chiropractic treatment is very unique and beneficial. When I first came to your office, I had terrible headaches, neck, shoulder, lower back, hip, and knee problems. Over the last year, I had been bouncing aroung to different chiropractors trying to find someone who I felt would make a difference. Some doctors would over puse the vitamis they sold, others yanked me so hard that I left with one problem fixed and another manifesting itself. Everyone rushed me in and out with a five minute crack and sent me on my way.
It's such a different feeling in your office where I am encouraged to take my time. Even when you are busy, I never feel like I am imposing when I ask for advise or additional information on treatment.
One of my favorite things about your practice, is the way the entire visit is focused on long term rehabilitation. All of the treatments you offer build on each other, from the massage to the exercises to the tape to the actual adjustment. I appreciate the methods you use to help my body become stronger and heal better.
In addition to the fantastic chiropractic care, I feel a sense of community in the office. I love it that everyone knows who I am and welcomes me like family whenever I come for an appointment. Everyone knows how I like to pace myself through the stretches, taping, massage, etc. They just let me do what works for me.
The staff knows when I haven't been in for a while, not because they haven't been billing my insurance company, but because they care about me. It is such a refreshing change to modern offices. The sense of community carries over to the way that the patients interact with each other. As we're doing exercises, we all talk and listen to each other. It makes it so much fun to come to the office.
Thank you so much for all the extra effort you and your staff put into making each visit so enjoyable. The little things make all the difference in the world.
